Dimitris Apostolou was born in Alexandroupolis, Greece, in 1977. He later moved to the Greek capital where he studied film direction in Lykourgos Stavrakos film school. He has directed 3 award-winning short films that were showcased in more than 70 international film festivals. He is based in Athens, Greece, and Riga, Latvia, working as first assistant director in films, commercials and music videos.- Mary Geortsi, a truly gorgeous woman, both physically and mentally, was born in Alexandroupolis, Greece, on Wednesday 23rd February 1973. Just a few months later, due to her father's occupational obligations, the Geortsi family moved to Patra, where they stayed until 1975. Mary and her family then moved to Athens, where she spent her childhood and graduated from a high school in Kallithea. Mostly a leader (she was elected school president repeatedly), Mary faced several difficulties in the beginning. After graduating school in 1990, she spent some years studying to become engineer in Larissa, but gave it up and returned to Athens. She soon watched classes in an aerobic school and later served as a receptionist and physician for a gym. She even worked at the stocks for some time. After dissolving her long-time engagement on 1996, Mary started working as a bartender, the profession she currently has. After being a player in the reality game Bar (2002), Mary became extremely popular, though she was attacked by many of her teammated who accused her of using strategy to win the game. Ultimately, Mary lost the game, though she was declared 1st Runner-Up.

Todor Dinov was a director, artist, animator. Todor Georgiev Dinov was born on July 24, 1919 in Dedeagach (today Alexandroupolis), Greece. He graduated from the State Industrial School in Plovdiv, then he studied theater's decoration in Art Academy (1938-1943), then animation in the class of Ivan Ivanov-Vano at State Cinema Institute in Moscow (1947-1951). He was a member of Union of Bulgarian Filmmakers, Union of Bulgarian Artist. He received the titles "Honored Artist (1963), "People's Artist" (1970) an the Orders: "Cyril and Methodius" (1959), (1962); People's Republic of Bulgaria "(1969); " Stara Planina "(1999). Dinov defined painting as "one of the most cherished experiences." With the thesis of Todor Dinov, the movie "Yunak Marko" from 1954, Bulgarian animation comes from the realm of the amateur - the first Bulgarian professional animated film. He made the connection between animation film and Bulgarian folklore (folk epic about King Marko ). His next film "Careful angel" shows the development in the style of drawing and thinking of Dinov: naturalistic image is replaced with a fresh pattern of caricature and linear story line - with an unexpected ending. In 1964, Dinov created his iconic movie " Team Flower " robbed the cheers of festival of animation films in Leipzig, Buenos Aires, Ankara, Vienna, Chicago and Cannes. In 1967, "Team Flower" was named best Bulgarian children's film . Other famous cartoons of Dinov are "Lightning", "Jealousy", "Epigram", "Prometheus 20", "Drum", "Paris Rain". Besides painted cinema Dinov is director and screenwriter of several feature films - " Iconostasis ", " Powder Primer ," " Sin of Maltitsa". There are numerous appearances as a cartoonist, illustrator , schedule , painter and placard . He worked with techniques: watercolor , pastel , oil paint . Dinov is one of the founders of the first Studios cartoons in Bulgaria. He was a founder of the specialty Animation Directing at the National Academy , where his students are animators and directors as Donyo Donev , Stoyan Doukov , Ivan Andonov , Ivan Veselinov . In 1999, for his outstanding contribution to the development of Bulgarian culture was honored with the "Stara Planina" I degree. He died on June 17, 2004 in Sofia.- Actress

Yorgos Barbadenis was born in Alexandroupoli, Greece. He is a self-taught filmmaker and a multidimensional artist experimenting with abstract, dark and dream-like aesthetics. He has created and directed a number of short films of various genres, such as fiction, fashion, music and experimental, signing them always as BRBDENIS. He has also experimented with photography, which has influenced most of his filmography, and provocative post-modern abstract painting. Following his studies in English Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he continued with a Master's Degree on Film Directing at the University of South Wales.- Marcel Mérovée was born on 16 July 1927 in Alexandroupoli, Greece. He was an actor, known for Forbidden Games (1952), Devil and the Angel (1946) and Les démons de l'aube (1946). He died on 29 July 2001 in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
